• Licensed dental hygienist

Licensure: Must hold a current RDH license in Nevada.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to keep patients calm and comfortable during treatment.

Job Description

Patient Assessment: Screen patients by conducting thorough mouth/neck examinations and reviewing comprehensive medical and oral health histories.
Clinical Care: Remove plaque, clean teeth, and perform periodontal treatments to prevent gum disease; support the Dentist across all aspects of dental care.
Imaging & Diagnostics: Take and develop X-rays, dental impressions, and radiographs; accurately chart dental conditions based on clinical observations.
Patient Education: Counsel patients on proper teeth and gum care, emphasizing the impact of diet and preventative habits on overall health.
Sterilization & Safety: Maintain a sterile environment by cleaning and preparing dental instruments and equipment according to safety protocols.
