Maintenance Coordinator

O2 Employment Services is partnering with a reputable company to hire a full-time Maintenance Coordinator in Redding, CA. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, solution-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to effectively coordinate maintenance requests, vendors, and resident needs. Compensation Starting at $22.00 per hour DOE Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Qualifications Previous experience in property management, maintenance coordination, construction administration, customer service, or related office environments preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to problem-solve and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong computer skills required Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and online tools Experience with property management software preferred Responsibilities Coordinate maintenance requests from start to finish Communicate with residents, property owners, and vendors in a professional manner Schedule repairs and ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner Maintain accurate records, documentation, and follow-up communications Track maintenance progress and ensure projects stay on schedule Help create positive experiences by finding solutions and keeping all parties informed Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
