System Administrator / Data Coordinator $25/hr - $30/hr + Bonus + Overtime + 401k + Medical + Dental + Vision Stuart, Florida (Commutable from Port St. Lucie, Fort Pierce, Palm City) Are you a system administrator with a knack for data management and a desire to work in the luxury marine industry? This is an exciting opportunity to join a bespoke yacht manufacturer as a System Administrator / Data Coordinator and progress all the way up to Project Manager? This company is a leader in luxury yacht manufacturing and is committed to the development of its employees. You'll receive specialist training on project and management systems, giving you the tools to excel in the role and understand the end-to-end process of building and commissioning bespoke yachts. In this role you will manage critical operational data, support project teams, and ensure smooth delivery of high-end vessels. This role is heavily focused on data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining accurate information across all departments. In this role, you will work closely with the Project Manager, factory teams, and vendors to track project data, maintain schedules, and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date. Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to organize large volumes of information are essential to succeed in this position. This role is ideal for a candidate who enjoys working with data, wants to build expertise in the marine industry, and is looking for a clear path to progress into Project Management. You will gain exposure to all aspects of project delivery while developing the skills to become a future leader in a bespoke manufacturing environment.
