Role Description The Healthcare & Commercial Office Cleaning Professional is a full-time, on-site role based in Columbus, OH. This role is responsible for performing detailed cleaning and disinfection in medical, dental, wellness, and commercial office environments, following standardized SOPs and compliance-focused procedures. Day-to-day tasks include disinfecting high-touch surfaces, floors, restrooms, treatment rooms, and common areas; properly handling and storing cleaning agents; restocking supplies; and maintaining equipment. The professional will follow OSHA-aware and HIPAA-conscious protocols, adhere to safety and infection-control guidelines, and support ATP testing and visit documentation as needed. The role also involves coordinating with office staff, responding to client requests, and ensuring each facility meets Swiff & Span’s hospital-grade standards. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with healthcare staff, clients, and team members. Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills to follow documented procedures, complete visit reports, and manage basic supply tracking. Basic Accounting or record-keeping skills helpful for accurate time logs, inventory counts, and compliance-related documentation. Experience or training in healthcare, dental, or commercial cleaning environments, with familiarity in OSHA-aware and HIPAA-conscious practices. Ability to follow detailed SOPs, maintain high attention to detail, and work independently while meeting strict cleanliness standards. Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout a shift; comfortable using cleaning tools and equipment safely. Reliable transportation to travel to client locations within Columbus and Central Ohio; consistent punctuality and dependability.
