Founded in 1952 by Jordan Baris who remains at the helm of the firm and with Ken Baris as President, we are among the largest firms in New Jersey where our clients and associates have easy access to the ownership.
We provide: The Jordan Baris Intranet with training, forms, email alerts for clients, company updates, contracts, online marketing tools, and much more to ensure your success. As members of the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, our network sells more real estate than any other franchise or organization in real estate, bar none. In addition, our relocation director coordinates incoming and outgoing referrals which generate leads and commissions for our team.
For massive internet exposure and marketing, Jordan Baris, Inc. associates are provided Realtor.com and Zillow enhanced marketing. All Jordan Baris Associates are also provided a drip marketing tool that is beyond simple to use and provides monthly communication for your contacts. As partners with Bank of America, our clients have access to preferred financing and loan processing while our associates benefit from co-branded marketing.
