Remote Travel Support Specialist

We are looking for friendly and reliable individuals to join our team as a Remote Travel Support Specialist . In this role you will assist clients with travel-related questions support booking coordination and provide guidance throughout the travel planning process. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people have strong communication skills and are interested in the travel industry.
Client Support & Travel Assistance
Responsibilities include:

Providing customer support for clients planning travel

Assisting with coordinating travel options including cruises hotels tours and vacation packages

Responding to client inquiries and providing helpful travel information

Communicating with travel suppliers to confirm reservations and details

Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and bookings

Staying informed on travel promotions destination updates and supplier information

Supporting clients before and after travel when needed
Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Positive and professional communication style
Previous customer service or travel experience is helpful but not required.
