Marketing Coordinator

Job Title

Location: Newark, NJ

Duration: 8 Months

Work Mode: Minimum in office two or three days per week, depending on business conditions

Responsibilities

• Provide logistical and production-side support to the marketing group within the company
• Support production processes for a suite of B2B marketing assets, including paid media, collateral, case studies, and website content
• Partner with internal stakeholders, including corporate communications, legal, and program staff
• Provide strategic marketing viewpoints and direction, participating in plan development and implementation activities
• Perform ad hoc marketing support projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications
• Minimum of two or three years of professional experience in a marketing or related industry environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform rigorous QA/QC on marketing collateral
• Demonstrated copyediting capabilities with a background in upholding company brand and style standards

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with content production systems such as Wrike and monday.com
• Strong project management skills
• Experience coordinating work items and associated deliverables across multiple internal business units, as well as vendor relations
• Sufficient knowledge of energy efficiency and subsequent programmatic offerings/customer value propositions
