Contract | Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | Every Other Weekend, Every Other Holiday
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical Neurology unit
- Monitor and assess patients using telemetry equipment
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in Medical/Surgical or Neurology nursing
- Proficiency in telemetry monitoring
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a MS/Neuro inpatient setting
- NIHSS certification or familiarity with neurological assessment tools
