RESTAURANT MANAGER

Overview As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing one of our restaurants, supporting an incredible team, and growing the FISHBOWL brand with us. You’ll lead Restaurant Supervisors and Mixers to deliver delicious food, and exceptional customer experiences, every time. Key Responsibilities Reporting to your Operations Manager or Area Manager, oversee day-to-day operations of your restaurant, coordinating with team members (who we call ‘Mixers’) and Restaurant Supervisors to deliver an exceptional customer experience while managing financial performance. Role model and reinforce FISHBOWL’s people and culture standards Understand and take action on key metrics (e.g., restaurant sales and costs) to allow for future growth Manage all expected reporting, sales and expenses Deliver superior customer service, to every customer, every time Maintain critical standards of product quality, daily food safety and sanitation Supervise and coach team members to grow with us.
