Strength in maintaining high retention through identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity. Assistance in implementing merchandising and marketing programs. Cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion competence. Ability to maintain a clean, safe environment per health and sanitation procedures. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel). High School diploma or GED (preferred) or at least one year of retail management experience. Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance.
