About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with talent4health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Bay City, Michigan, 48708!

• Patient Assessment: Performing comprehensive assessments upon admission and monitoring condition trends throughout the patient's hospital stay . 
• Medication & Treatment: Preparing, administering, and charting prescribed medications (including IVs) and managing wound care or specialized equipment. 
• Care Coordination: Collaborating with physicians, case managers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans. 
• Patient Education: Instructing patients and families on post-surgery care, medication schedules, and post-discharge instructions. 
• Emergency Response: Recognizing early signs of medical deterioration and taking swift action to stabilize patients before emergencies occur.
