As part of the Contract Logistics team at Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing solutions that keep goods moving efficiently. You will have general responsibility for coordinating and supervising daily logistics activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. You will work Friday - Sunday, 12:00 PM - 12:30 AM, and will be paid weekly at $23.97 per hour, plus $1.00 shift differential.

• Make recommendations to improve operations and processes
• Follow GPD (Good Documentation Practice)
• Operate material handling equipment
• Lead a team of Warehouse Associates
• Foster a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel included, valued, and safe
• Help develop processes to ensure the efficient operation and use of all warehouse equipment
• Implement processes to ensure the safety of all personnel, equipment, and property
• Oversee the warehouse housekeeping program
• Ensure current, accurate inventory control and that customer orders are picked and shipped
• Follow health and safety policies that follow company and OSHA regulations
• Be flexible to work overtime and perform other responsibilities as needed

What We Would Like You To Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
• GPD (Good Documentation Practice) experience is strongly preferred
• Forklift operating experience is a plus
• Basic technical and math skills
