The Opportunity
As our Operations Manager, you'll lead all fabrication activities, manage and develop a team, drive process improvements, and help align day-to-day operations with our broader strategic goals. More than running operations, this role is about building - your team, our systems, and your own leadership career. You'll have direct exposure to senior leadership and company-wide initiatives from day one.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

The Opportunity
As our Operations Manager, you'll lead all fabrication activities, manage and develop a team, drive process improvements, and help align day-to-day operations with our broader strategic goals. You'll have direct exposure to senior leadership and company-wide initiatives from day one.
What You'll Do Lead & Develop Your Team
- Set clear direction, expectations, and performance feedback; coach and invest in your people daily.
- Apply LMC2 principles (Lead, Manage, Coach, Communicate) to build a culture of accountability.
- Uphold a safety-first environment where every team member takes ownership of the result.
- Own fabrication processes end-to-end - equipment, workflow, scheduling, and throughput.
- Identify and implement improvements that reduce waste, increase efficiency, and raise the bar.
- Use data and performance metrics to make decisions and solve problems.
- Manage parent inventory: tracking, consumption, reconciliation, and cross-team coordination.
- First 30 days: Deep in the operation - learning the people, processes, and key challenges.
- By 60 days: Top improvement opportunities identified; trust established with your team.
- By 90 days: Driving measurable gains in throughput, quality, or team performance - and presenting your roadmap to leadership.
- Long-term: A key voice in how we grow fabrication and a leader others look to across the company.
