Pay: $21 - $25 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: MUST BE FLEXIBLE: Tues - Sat 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM / able to work Sundays as needed, come in earlier and stay later as need.

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Specialist to support warehouse operations and ensure technicians have the parts, tools, and equipment needed to complete customer jobs efficiently.

What We're Looking For

Pull and organize materials for scheduled jobs

Stage materials and equipment so technicians are fully prepared for daily work

Stock service vehicles with required parts and supplies

Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments

Deliver materials to job sites and assist with loading trucks

Maintain and track inventory, tools, equipment, and supplies

Coordinate warranty returns and vendor shipments

Operate a forklift to move materials and unload trucks when needed

Keep warehouse organized and responsive to operational needs

Maintain accurate documentation for inventory and purchases

What You Need

3+ years of related warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience required

Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical systems is a plus

Valid driver's license required

Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
