Influencer Marketing Manager
We're looking for a data-driven, creative, and negotiation-savvy Influencer Marketing Manager to lead this effort.
What you'll work on:
- Own & Scale Influencer Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with 100+ influencers per month (IG & TikTok), focusing on creators in language learning, lifestyle, travel, and productivity niches.
- Negotiate Deals: Secure collaborations at $5–10 CPM using a mix of flat fees, performance bonuses, and UGC licensing rights.
- Creative Briefing & Content Oversight: Write compelling briefs, review drafts, and ensure influencer content aligns with our brand voice and performance goals.
- Whitelisting & Paid Amplification: Collaborate with media buyers to repurpose top influencer content into high-performing Spark Ads & Branded Content Ads.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track CPM, installs, and ROI for every collaboration. Identify top-performing creators & double down on them.
- Experiment & Optimize: Continuously test new narratives, hooks, and content formats to drive lower CPMs and higher conversions.
Who you are:
- Experienced: 2–4+ years in influencer marketing (agency or in-house). Proven track record managing IG/TikTok campaigns with strong ROI
- Must speak English (C1 level or higher)
- Negotiator: Confident at securing low CPMs & favorable licensing rights at scale.
- Creative & Analytical: You know how to brief creators for storytelling and measure performance beyond vanity metrics.
- Organized & Proactive: You can manage 100+ influencer relationships at once using tools like Airtable, Modash, or Google Sheets
- Trend-Savvy: You live and breathe TikTok & IG culture, knowing what content resonates right now.
- Global Mindset: Bonus if you speak multiple languages or have experience with international audiences.
