Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional physical therapy services to patients in a skilled rehab setting
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that promote recovery and independence
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments to meet evolving needs
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety

Qualifications

• Must have a current and active Physical Therapist license in Montana
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• ASHA certification required
• Quick learner and ready to hit the ground running

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient assessment and clinical reasoning skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficient in documentation and electronic medical records
• Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
