Job Title Dunkin Baker Job Summary Properly prepares, displays, decorates and packages bakes per franchise requirements and ServSafe sanitation guidelines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of menu items. Prepare, bake and decorate food items following established recipes, franchise requirements, ServSafe guidelines, and company standards. Display food items per franchise requirements. Work independently during overnight shifts, self‑managing time to complete tasks. Maintain a clean work area while baking and preparing foods, especially in raw state. Use appropriate measuring and portion controls to limit waste. Assist coworkers when needed. Practice and maintain a safe work environment during shift (clean and dry floor, clear workspace). Properly use and maintain Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Report all incidents, injuries and hazards immediately to supervisor. Sweep and mop floors as needed or assigned, and respond to spills with wet‑floor signs. Use Safety Data Sheets (SDS); know their content and location. Communicate regularly with manager, assistant manager, supervisor and coworkers about tasks and bake status. Minimize non‑work distractions and keep focus on job responsibilities. Report damaged equipment or fixtures to supervisor. Assist in training new team members and participate in team‑player training. Read and adhere to the Team Member Handbook. Perform all other job duties as requested. Qualifications Must be a reliable, enthusiastic, and team‑player capable of performing duties adaptively and communicate effectively. Able to maintain safety standards and comply with ServSafe guidelines. Education & Experience High school diploma or general education Development (GED). Food‑service experience preferred.
