We are seeking a Senior HVAC Project Manager to join a well-established mechanical construction team in the Boston Metro area.This is a great opportunity for a proven Project Manager who enjoys managing complex commercial projects, working with clients and subcontractors, and taking projects from start to finish.What You'll DoManage large commercial HVAC/mechanical projects from start to finishDevelop and manage project budgets, schedules, and financial projectionsCoordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departmentsReview bids, scopes, subcontracts, purchase orders, drawings, and submittalsMonitor project costs, manpower, schedules, and overall performancePrepare and negotiate change ordersResolve issues with vendors, subcontractors, GCs, and clientsEnsure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standardsSupport project closeout and documentationBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsMentor and develop Assistant Project Managers and Project EngineersWhat We're Looking For10+ years of relevant project management experienceExperience managing large commercial construction projectsStrong background in HVAC, mechanical systems, or mechanical constructionBachelor's degree or equivalent industry experienceStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and shifting prioritiesProficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and BluebeamNavisworks and/or CMiC experience is a plusWhy Consider This Opportunity?Join a team where your experience and leadership will be valued while managing significant projects, working with experienced professionals, building client relationships, and developing future project management talent.
