Role Description The Jewelry Consultant role at Zales Jewelers is a part-time, on-site position located in Houma, LA. This role involves assisting customers in selecting jewelry that fits their style, needs, and budget while providing an engaging and positive in-store experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting customers, explaining product features, offering styling suggestions, and supporting sales transactions. The Jewelry Consultant will also help maintain product displays, ensure the store is clean and organized, and follow company procedures for inventory and security. Collaboration with team members to meet sales goals and deliver a high level of customer service is a key aspect of the role. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with customers and build rapport. Ability to enhance the Customer Experience and support Retail Sales in a fast-paced environment. Interest or experience in Jewelry Design and product knowledge to guide customer selections. Basic math and point-of-sale system skills for handling transactions accurately. Reliability, attention to detail, and ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
