Pediatric ICU RN - Self Schedule, Weekly Pay

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) role in Boston, MA. This PRN position offers flexible self-scheduling with 12-hour shifts, either day or night, based on facility needs. The role involves providing high-acuity pediatric patient care , administering medications, treatments, ventilator support, and monitoring patient conditions. Applicants must hold an active Massachusetts RN license , have a minimum of 2 years of recent PICU experience , and possess current BLS & ACLS certifications (PALS preferred). Strong collaboration skills and adherence to safety standards are essential. The position offers competitive pay of $60-$62/hour, weekly pay, medical benefits, referral bonuses, and dedicated recruiter support.
