Line Cooks ensure our Guests receive the Famous experience they expect from our food with each delicious bite. You'll also make sure that food safety standards are followed. Famous Dave's expects you to be punctual, to support your fellow Team Members when we are smokin' busy, and complete side duties that include but may not be limited to preparing food, monitor ticket times, and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.Still with us? Must be able to communicate effectively with other kitchen staff.Must be able to read food order slips or receive verbal instructions as to food required by Guest and prepare and cook food according to instructionsCapable of using knives, slicing equipment and other food preparation equipmentOperate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, smokers, ovens, stoves, and dishwashers
