As a Veterinary Technician, you will have the opportunity to work alongside Dr. Jennifer Kramer, a dedicated veterinarian with a lifelong love for animals. Our hospital is committed to providing the highest quality care to our patients, and we are looking for a skilled and compassionate individual to help us achieve that goal.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide small animal care with compassion and expertise
• Monitor anesthesia during surgical procedures
• Implement Fear Free techniques to reduce stress in patients
• Assist with preventive care appointments
• Perform dental prophylaxis and assist with dental procedures

Required Skills:

• Veterinary Technician- CVT a bonus but not required
• Experience in anesthesia monitoring and IV catheterization
• Knowledge of anesthesia, catheterization, and ultrasound procedures
• Ability to perform discharge planning and medication administration
• Experience in critical care, surgery, and venipuncture

Nice to Have Skills:

• Lab experience for running tests
• Ability to triage patients in emergency situations
• Experience with X-rays and interpreting results
• Proficiency in taking vital signs and monitoring patient status

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $37,680.00

Maximum Salary: $49,060.00
