Corporate Barista
IST Management is seeking a Corporate Barista to join the Chicago team in a highly professional corporate environment. The Corporate Barista will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee, espresso, and other beverages while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, have prior barista and customer service experience, and display high hospitality standards.
Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:30 AM- 4:30 PM

Hourly Compensation: $18.00 -18.00 USD per hour
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet clients/customers, take orders, and answer questions about the menu
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment to prepare beverages
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of equipment, workstations, and Barista area
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Maintaining area surrounding coffee bar to ensure cleanliness and organization
- Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
- Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
- Order supplies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED ; Must have reliable transportation to/from work
- Customer Service and/or Hospitality background preferred
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and specialty coffee beverages
- Ability to operate coffee equipment (coffee machines, espresso machines, grinders, etc.)
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Professional appearance and demeanor; Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
