Caring for Others is seeking a visionary VP of Human Resources and Talent to design and lead a scalable people strategy. The role partners with the CEO and CFO and operates across multiple states and entities, building systems that support rapid growth.

The position is 80%+ on-site at our Central Oregon headquarters with relocation to Oregon provided. This is an architecture role focused on building the operating structure and HR infrastructure for a growing organization.
