• 7 - 14 shifts per month -- 12-hr day shifts (7 am - 7 pm or 8 am - 8 pm)
• Minimum 7 consecutive shifts required per assignment
• Avg 16 - 18 patient encounters per shift -- capped at 20 max
• Nights avg 4 - 6 admits
• Hospital setting -- inpatient hospitalist coverage
• Open ICU -- no procedures required
• Respond to codes required
• ACLS certification required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
