2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off Inpatient + Clinic EPIC

365 Healthcare is seeking a Board-Certified or Truly Board Eligible Hematology Oncology Physician for a locum-to-permanent opportunity in Des Moines, Iowa. This assignment offers a highly desirable 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off schedule with a balanced mix of clinic and inpatient coverage across two established medical centers.

This is an excellent opportunity for a physician exploring long-term placement while maintaining schedule flexibility.

2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off
Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
4 5 clinic days per week during on weeks
Call required (schedule TBD)
No procedure/OR days

Medical Hematology/Oncology coverage
Inpatient responsibilities at two locations
Telehealth may be included in addition to inpatient care
Clinic volume: patients per day
Average hospital census: patients
Appointment times: 40-minute consults / 20-minute follow-ups
1:1 nursing support
No APP supervision required
EMR: EPIC

Services include:

New patient evaluations
Treatment planning and therapy adjustments
Chemotherapy management
Pain management coordination
End-of-life care
Referrals for ancillary services

Radiation and surgical oncology services are supported by established collaborating providers.

Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Hematology & Oncology
Fellowship Trained in Hematology & Oncology
Active Iowa License or Active IMLC
Must be willing to work at both Des Moines locations
Clean malpractice and background history
NPDB Self-Query (within current month)
