Entry-Level Class A CDL Drivers – We’ll Give You a Chance!
Just graduated from CDL school but can’t find anyone to hire you without OTR experience? We’re ready to get you on the road and paid training starts right away.
**We only can hire drivers that live NORTH OF I-4. **What We Offer:

4 weeks of paid OTR training at $650/week
-
Full-time pay after training: $1,300 – $1,600+ per week
-
No contracts – switch divisions as openings become available
-
Divisions: Dry Van, Reefer, and FREE 5-day Flatbed training
-
CDL school tuition reimbursement (up to $1,000)

Excellent benefit package at 30 days: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, $10k Life Insurance, Paid Vacation

FREE Online College Tuition for you & one immediate family member through SNHU
Requirements:

21+ years old, you must live north of I-4 to qualify
-
Class A CDL & DOT physical
-
Graduated from accredited CDL school (120+ hrs in last 2 yrs)
- Able to stay out 30 days for initial training
-
Clean driving record & pass DOT tests including hair or urine, pass all background checks
Hiring Process:

Quick phone interview & pre-qualification

Transportation provided to orientation (or gas reimbursed)

4 weeks with a driver trainer – then choose your route (OTR, regional, or local when available)
