Not Your Average Joe's is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager. Experience managing a full‑service restaurant is required. Job Overview As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day‑to‑day operations of our restaurant. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee all hourly positions and provide leadership, ensuring the consistent execution of our quality standards, operating systems, procedures, philosophies, and culture. You will work closely with the GM, assisting in marketing and playing a pivotal part in overall financial results. We Offer Competitive compensation Insurance benefits Bonus opportunities A great work atmosphere Paid time off Meals every shift Duties / Responsibilities Ensuring that our restaurant is fully and appropriately staffed at all times Interview, train, counsel, and coach staff Ensure all training materials, development, and schedules are being followed Clearly communicate with all team members Ensure a harassment‑free environment for all team members Manage and make adjustments to labor shift‑to‑shift while ensuring we don't harm the guest experience Achieve budgeted sales and profit goals Maintain operational excellence so our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively Ensure that all laws, regulations and guidelines are being followed Create an atmosphere that both patrons and employees enjoy Perform various other tasks as needed Requirements Previous experience in a full‑service restaurant as a manager Extensive food and beverage knowledge and the ability to recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff Great leadership skills Familiarity with restaurant management software Demonstrated ability to coordinate staff Exhibits a neat, clean, and professional image at all times Genuinely hospitable, warm, sensitive, and polite to guests Excellent problem resolution and guest recovery skills Attention to detail and organized Able to work while standing and moving at a rapid pace for 10 hours as required Dependable, trustworthy Team player #J-18808-Ljbffr Not Your Average Joe's
