Description

Program Overview: Jobs for America’s Graduates (JAG) is a multi-year leadership program designed to help students graduate successfully and transition into the workforce and/or postsecondary education.

Position Summary: Newcastle High School is seeking a dedicated JAG Specialist to deliver a competency-based curriculum that actively supports student success. This role is highly interactive and focuses on preparing students for their futures through hands-on learning and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver a comprehensive, competency-based curriculum.

Support student success through focused leadership development and skills training.

Facilitate employer engagement and coordinate project-based learning opportunities.

Implement trauma-informed strategies to effectively support student well-being.

Guide and oversee student participation in the National Career Association.

Job Qualifications Must hold a valid Oklahoma Teaching Certificate in the field of technology, OR be actively in the process of completing certification requirements.
