Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they arrive.
• Take food and drink orders.
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure customers are satisfied with their meals and address any concerns promptly.
• Process payments, handle cash, and provide correct change.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, including wiping down tables and ensuring utensils and cups are clean and readily available.
• Refill condiments, drinks, and other items as needed.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and cleaning the bistro.
• Assist kitchen staff in preparing food orders.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bistro operations.
• Promote specials, new menu items, and loyalty programs to customers.
• Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and cleanliness procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
• Positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
