CNC Machinist

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to manufacture precision components for engineered products at a growing manufacturer in Greenback, TN. In this Direct Hire role, you will operate CNC milling and turning equipment, execute setups, and maintain tight tolerances in a safety‑first, continuous improvement environment that operates on a 4‑day work week schedule. The Role Run and monitor CNC mills and lathes with minimal supervision. Prepare machines, load tools and fixtures, and complete timely setups and changeovers while maintaining production flow. Perform in‑process inspections and document measurements to ensure conformance. Complete preventive maintenance tasks and follow 5S standards for a clean and efficient workspace. Use manual machines and bench tools to modify parts as needed. Qualifications 2+ years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing setting. Preferred: Technical degree, apprenticeship, or certification. Preferred: CNC programming experience, specifically with Mazak Mazatrol. Skills CNC programming CNC operating Mazak Manufacturing Compensation & Schedule Pay: $24 – $28 per hour or more, depending on experience. Schedule: Monday–Wednesday 4:30 pm – 5:00 am; Thursday 4:30 pm – 8:30 pm. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with company match.
