Aseptic Technician - Night Shift - 12-Hour Nights 6:00pm - 6:30am

Benefits $500 Sign on Bonus 4 weeks accrued paid vacation and 13 paid holidays 401(k) match with company profit sharing Tuition reimbursement and Student Loan repayment program Great Health, personal, and family benefits starting day 1 Position Summary The Aseptic Technician will be trained to perform filling, freeze drying, and capping of lyophilized biological products under close supervision, following Process Worksheets, Standard Operating Procedures, and company policies. Hours: Night Shift, 12‑Hour Nights (6:00pm – 6:30am). Overtime, weekends, and holidays required. Position Responsibilities Learn and practice basic aseptic procedures as per training and SOPs. Assist with reading and reporting test results using scientific instruments. Demonstrate reliability in attendance and punctuality. Learn and comply with SOPs and associated documentation necessary to perform job functions. Assist in the completion of documentation including process worksheets, reports, log sheets. Train in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and demonstrate understanding and compliance. Clean areas as applicable, according to specific SOPs. Assist in maintaining adequate supplies in the production area. Demonstrate safe work habits and maintain a safe work environment. Understand and comply with safety SOPs and procedures (MSDS guidelines, Near Miss, PPE, biohazard training, monthly safety trainings, etc.). May be required to handle hazardous waste. Perform mathematical calculations and metric conversions. Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills within and outside the department using verbal, written, and non‑verbal skills. Become certified operator of electric material handling equipment (electric pallet jack, tank tugger, etc.) as applicable. Perform supplemental duties as assigned by supervision. Education and Experience High School graduate or equivalent required. Demonstrate basic mechanical skills. Demonstration of personal computer usage. Technical Skills and Competencies Good communication skills. Read, interpret, and apply safety procedures, SOPs, maintenance instructions, and departmental procedures. Communicate effectively with peers and team leader. Document steps accurately and legibly. Perform basic arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide) in all units of measure. Perform metric conversions. Complete controlled documents and inventory calculations using basic math. Understand and apply instructions in written, oral, and/or diagram formats. Multitask. Recognize product quality issues based on company guidelines, policies, and procedures. Good listening skills. Work in a team environment. Express a positive attitude and show respect for co‑workers. Physical Position Requirements Manual dexterity using hands and fingers. Constant standing for extended periods. Frequent need to sit, kneel, crouch, climb, and reach with hands and arms. Capable of lifting up to 50pounds. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and overtime. Work Environment High noise levels; hearing protection required. Exposure to heavy items; ANSI 75 safety shoes required. Exposure to cleaning agents/chemicals; PPE required. Exposure to moving mechanical parts; ensure safety shields are always in place. Exposure to extreme temperature variations; PPE required.
