You help deter security‑related incidents through a visible presence while working with a team that values being agile, reliable, innovative, and caring, with integrity at the core of every interaction. Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $17.47 / Hour Job Schedule Mon 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM Sat 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM Sun 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access‑related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production‑adjacent areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor information as directed by site policy, and report security‑related concerns, maintenance issues, and policy violations. Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence, following post orders, and assisting with security‑related requests while working in environments and conditions that may vary by location. Minimum Requirements Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
