In this role, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality products safely and effectively in a manufacturing environment. This position requires completing training, following safety procedures, operating assigned tools and equipment, and meeting production expectations while maintaining quality standards.

Skills and experience:

• Assemble products in accordance with company quality and production standards.
• 6 months to 1 year of recent work experience required.
• Understand and follow all applicable safety rules and workplace procedures.
• Successfully complete training on how to operate equipment needed for the assigned job, including hand tools, hoists, and other required tools.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Inspect work to ensure products are assembled correctly and meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, cool, and organized work area throughout the shift.
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts. Ability to work in multiple assembly areas as required.
• Take advantage of training, opportunities for pay increases, and room for growth within the company.
• Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and lift up to 30lbs.
• High school diploma or GED required, Associate degree in electronics and/or electronic experience preferred.
