Marketing Manager

Join our team! We are adding to the team. We are searching for a results-driven marketer who enjoys turning strategy into action. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Growth Marketing Manager plays a key role in expanding awareness, engagement, and loan application growth for Granite Edvance and EdvestinU. This hands-on position manages the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, creates compelling content and assets, manages digital and social initiatives, and partners with internal teams and external vendors to deliver impactful results. Key Responsibilities Identify opportunities to improve campaign processes, workflows, tools and cross-functional coordination to increase efficiency, consistency and quality. Analyze campaign performance metrics, including delivery, engagement, conversion, application activity, cost, and return on marketing investment, to identify trends, optimize audience response, and recommend data-driven improvements. Execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, paid media, web, social media, and other channels, managing all phases from planning and compliance review through launch, optimization, and performance assessment. W rite, edit, and proofread clear, audience-focused marketing content that translates complex product information, benefits, requirements, and disclosures into accurate, consumer-friendly communications across digital and print channels. Manage the EdvestinU social media strategy and support digital marketing campaigns across social, search, and display channels, partnering with the Communications team to drive engaging content, execution excellence, and measurable results. Manage campaign compliance and legal requirements by submitting marketing materials for review, incorporating required revisions with proper version control, securing final approvals, and proactively building review timelines into campaign plans to support efficient, on-schedule launches. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred. An equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered. Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment through effective communication, knowledge sharing and support of team priorities. Demonstrated ability to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and manage work from planning through launch and reporting. Strong project-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize competing assignments and meet deadlines. Drive cross-functional campaign planning by gathering stakeholder input and translating business needs into effective marketing strategies, deliverables, and timelines. Availability of working between the hours of 8am and 5pm with flexibility to meet business requirements.
