Speech-Language Pathologist

Saratoga Medical is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Terrell, TX . The compensation package includes competitive pay and flexible work opportunities.

Saratoga Medical is seeking a Part-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to assess, diagnose, treat, and help prevent communication and swallowing disorders. The selected candidate will work with patients to develop and strengthen swallowing muscles and provide quality patient care under the supervision of the Clinical Director.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Current and unrestricted Texas SLP License (TDLR)
• Current AHA BLS/CPR Certification
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality requirements
• Ability to work in a mental health facility with patients who may have dual diagnoses

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, communication, and swallowing assessments
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Perform patient re-evaluations and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary treatment teams
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, HHSC, and facility standards

Additional Information:

• Part-Time Position (1 Opening)
• Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (Actual days are flexible)
• Duration: Minimum 3 Months with Option to Extend
• Mental Health Facility Setting
• Start Date contingent upon completion of all compliance and clearance requirements
