Your Role Awaits

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients across pediatric, adult, and geriatric age groups utilizing a mix of standardized tests and observational assessments.
• Craft individualized treatment plans tailored to meet both immediate objectives and longer-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing needs.
• Deliver focused one-on-one speech therapy sessions targeting communication, language skills, fluency, voice, and swallowing techniques.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and medical professionals, to devise integrative care strategies.
• Provide education for patients and their families, empowering them to support ongoing progress outside the clinic.
• Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring a seamless continuum of care for patients.
• Document patient progress in adherence to organizational, state, and federal regulations.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay at the cutting edge of the field.

Your Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.
• Successful completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), if not yet ASHA-certified.

Required Certifications

• Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist .
• Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
