Lead Samsung Experience Consultant

Job Type: Regular; Location: Best Buy 51 - Wichita, KS 67206 Overview: We are looking for a motivated Samsung Experience Consultant (SEC) to drive sales within a Best Buy retail store. The ideal candidate excels in sales and consumer electronics, is well organized, a self‑starter, passionate about customer service, and skilled at building relationships. Responsibilities Demonstrate, sell, and promote Samsung products to customers in Best Buy. Provide current product information to help customers make purchase decisions. Build relationships with Best Buy associates and leadership through daily training, collaboration, and goal sharing. Drive sell‑out of Samsung mobile products and services using conversational consulting sales techniques. Uncover customer needs and recommend appropriate Samsung products. Build confidence in Samsung products and services for both Best Buy employees and customers as a brand evangelist. Build strong partnerships with Best Buy staff to drive key initiatives and goals of all teams. Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals on a monthly basis. Deliver excellent customer and client service interacting with customers and Best Buy employees. Ensure retail brand standards are met through merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness. Reset displays during new product launches. Complete daily reporting on sales performance and retail insights. Performance Expectations Regular and prompt attendance. Accurate daily sales reporting. Meet or exceed monthly/weekly sales quotas. Maintain high levels of customer/client satisfaction. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum six (6) months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Availability to work weekends, evenings, and high‑demand retail holidays.
