Part-Time HR Assistant

Part-Time HR Assistant Location: Waterbury, CT Schedule: Part-Time, 20-25 hours per week Type: Temporary / Temp-to-Hire A manufacturing company in Waterbury is looking for a Part-Time HR Assistant to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with prior HR or administrative experience who is looking for a flexible part-time schedule. Responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day HR and administrative tasks Maintain and update employee records and personnel files Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork Support recruiting and interview scheduling Help with employee questions and general HR needs Assist with timekeeping, attendance and other HR-related records Prepare reports, spreadsheets and other documents as needed Provide general administrative support to the HR team Qualifications: Previous HR, Human Resources, or administrative experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and follow-up skills Comfortable handling confidential employee information Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Schedule & Details: 20-25 hours per week Part-time schedule with some flexibility Waterbury, CT Manufacturing environment Temporary with potential for temp-to-hire EB-1704858473 Creative Financial Staffing
