Job Overview Foland Veterinary Services is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our reception team. The client care team serves as the first and last point of contact with a client and their pet, greeting visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. In this role, you will schedule and manage appointment flow, provide empathetic customer service, answer inquiries, and disseminate essential information about the services we provide. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast‑paced customer service, who are friendly, outgoing, detail‑oriented, and committed to contributing to a team‑focused environment. This is a Full‑Time position with a 4/10 work week and availability needed Monday‑Friday. NO WEEKENDS!
