Job Summary Principal IAM & SaaS Engineer – responsible for architecture, implementation, and evolution of Fox's Identity and Access Management (IAM) ecosystem and SaaS application portfolio, ensuring secure scalable identity solutions. Responsibilities Lead strategic roadmap for Okta IAM architecture and core SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom). Design and enforce granular access control policies, adaptive MFA, and Just-In-Time provisioning across corporate and production systems. Architect automated lifecycle workflows for diverse workforce in partnership with HR Ops. Collaborate with Cybersecurity to establish data-loss prevention guardrails and identity governance for enterprise AI tools and Non-Human Identities. Act as technical authority on SOX and regulatory compliance within the IAM space, document architectures, review controls, and mentor senior IAM engineers. Drive continual improvement through automation, monitoring, and operational excellence. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in IAM and SaaS engineering in a fast-paced technology environment. Expert-level knowledge of Okta (ISPM, Workflows, IGA, provisioning). Deep administrative and security knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and developer tools; experience with LLM/AI guardrails is desirable. Strong knowledge of SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, and API-driven integrations. Experience designing, auditing, and maintaining IAM controls aligned with SOX, SOC 2, or equivalent. Excellent communication skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority. Regular on-site attendance minimum 3 days per week. Nice to Have Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure security services. Experience with ISO 27001 or similar compliance frameworks. Experience in media, entertainment, streaming, or technology organizations. Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python). Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps practices. Leading large-scale IAM modernization or cloud transformation initiatives. Benefits Compensation includes a base salary range of $160,000–$267,000 annually, an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and additional benefits per applicable plan documents.
