Defensive Attorney

Duties Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis of immigration law cases. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on immigration matters. Prepare and draft legal documents and correspondence with precision. Lead and manage multiple case files with strong organizational skills. Collaborate with team members to enhance legal strategies and outcomes. Stay updated on evolving immigration laws and policies. Requirements Active bar membership. 0-3 years of experience in immigration law. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. High level of attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Strong teamwork and leadership skills. Proficiency in conducting thorough legal research using legal platforms. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Active bar membership.
