Bookkeeper

Summary Whitecap Search is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to maintain accurate financial records and support financial operations within a personal injury law firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices, particularly in a legal setting. Job Function Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner. Reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly. Assist with payroll processing and related documentation. Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Organize and maintain financial documents and records. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience within a personal injury law firm, required. Strong understanding of general bookkeeping principles and practices. Experience managing financial records, billing, and reconciliations in a legal setting.
