We foster a supportive, high-performance environment that promotes career growth and client‑first care. Position: FTV Medical Esthetician – Full‑time, hours 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday‑Sunday. Compensation: $19.00–$20.00 per hour plus commission, tips, and performance bonuses. What You’ll Do Deliver professional chemical peels, hydradermabrasion, ultrasound treatments, and body contouring treatments while creating a welcoming first experience. Support consultations and work closely with Skin Health Consultants to reinforce treatment recommendations, answer client questions, and guide first‑time visitors toward the best plan. Educate during treatment by explaining services, technology, and skincare philosophy to help clients understand how ongoing treatments and care enhance results. Exercise a sales‑oriented mindset by confidently discussing treatment plans, memberships, packages, and retail products during service to convert first‑time visitors into long‑term clients. Lead by example, maintain meticulous client documentation, and support the management team in upholding gold‑standard brand protocols. Team player, able to collaborate closely with Skin Health Consultants and leadership. Availability to work a flexible full‑time schedule (36–40 hours per week) within hours of operation.
