Why You'll Love It Here:

• Hourly Rate: $24 + Commission
• Earning potential of $80K to 100K+ annually
• Full Time: 40 hrs./5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
• Fall & Winter Saturday hours - 10 am to 4 pm

Day-to-Day Tasks:

• Determine overall flooring, window treatments & design needs while offering great customer experiences
• Build genuine relationships with new/existing customers
• Schedule appointments for client design consultations
• Keep up to date on the selection of products & services provided
• Measure spaces for flooring and/or window treatments (ladders will be utilized), estimate materials, product suggestions, present proposals, manage payments & oversee project quality
• Keep the installation team on track by sharing clear notes & photos
• Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications & availability
• Utilize social media to create networking groups & prospect for new business
• Keep the showroom clean, organized & on trend

What We're Looking For :

• 2+ years' proven work experience in Furniture Sales, Interior Design, Home Décor Sales, Kitchen & Bath Sales, Window Treatment Sales, or similar role
• Valid driver's license & reliable form of transportation (REQUIRED)
• Ability to pass a background check (REQUIRED)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & CRM platforms
• Fundamental tech, social media & math skills
• Personal & professional ethics
• Ability to achieve sales targets effectively
• Positive, communicative & motivated to help grow the business
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
• Organizational skills & the flexibility to pivot from priority to priority
• Time management skills & detailed oriented
• Critical thinking & problem-solving abilities
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
• Knowledge of RFMS is a plus but not required - willing to train
• Flooring experience is a plus but not required — we're happy to train the right person!
