Pay Rate $21.00 / Hour / Evening Shift Job Schedule DayTimeMon 05:00 PM - 01:30 AM Sun 05:00 PM - 01:30 AM How This Role Works Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts'): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observed activity according to site guidelines. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points, amenity areas, and residential surroundings while assisting with visitor inquiries, directional support, and other security-related concerns. Communicate with property management, residents, and/or public emergency services as needed regarding incidents, policy questions, and observed issues requiring follow-up. Minimum Requirements Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience. Alarm panel experience is preferred. CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
