Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Core & Agility Physical Therapy, your daily activities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments by consulting with patients to gather detailed information about their physical conditions and symptoms.
• Diagnosing movement dysfunctions and crafting individualized treatment plans that align with each patient's goals and physical capabilities.
• Instructing patients on proper therapeutic exercises, ensuring effective technique and engagement in their rehabilitation journey.
• Administering hands-on techniques such as manual therapy, stimulation, and massage to promote healing and support recovery.
• Guiding patients in the appropriate use of adaptive equipment like walkers and wheelchairs to enhance mobility and independence.
• Documenting patient records meticulously, tracking progress towards treatment goals, and adapting interventions as necessary.
• Providing education to both patients and their families about at-home treatment options and exercises that support ongoing recovery.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.

• Proficiency in electronic medical records and the ability to efficiently manage patient documentation.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
