Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to lead projects and mentor junior staff. This is a hands‑on leadership role with opportunities to work on diverse projects including commercial developments, data centers, rail infrastructure, and residential subdivisions. Key Responsibilities Manage geotechnical investigations and reporting for large‑scale projects. Oversee drilling operations and coordinate with internal teams across multiple offices. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to EITs and junior engineers. Collaborate with CMT and Environmental teams for integrated project delivery. Qualifications PE License strongly preferred. 8+ years of geotechnical engineering experience. Expertise in soil characterization, foundation design recommendations, and ground improvement. Strong communication and leadership skills. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $115K-$125K (DOE). Annual profit‑based bonus (often $140K-$150K+ total compensation).
