Responsibilities include making memorable first and last impressions with a smile, greeting incoming and departing guests in a welcoming manner, coordinating wait and seating guests, demonstrating teamwork, commitment to food safety, cleanliness, job safety and sanitation standards, bussing tables, delivering food, supporting the dining room, having a general knowledge of the food and drink menu, answering the phone in a prompt and professional manner, leading the lobby experience, and assisting guests and supporting servers.

Requirements include ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs, ability to work in hot and cold environments, ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping, manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems, ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment, visual ability to include distance, close, color, depth and peripheral, and ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
