No‑shortcuts mentality – blueprint and fix right the first time. Sharp eye for detail – committed to tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses. Physically fit – can lift up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities Blueprint and execute precise repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds. Perform panel and structural work, restoring bent, twisted or torn components to factory specs. Quality reassembly – ensure fit and finish meet standards. Work as part of a team – trust and teamwork to move cars through efficiently.
